Used WAGNER 1200t (The press was upgraded to 1200 tonnes by OILGEAR) open-die forging press with sliding table. The press was overhauled and modernised in 2006 and 2019. Diameter of main cylinder: 710 mm Diameter of the retraction cylinders: 225 mm Working pressure at 1000 t pressing force: 250 bar Retraction force: 200 tonnes Pump capacity: 3 x 225 kW Total useful flow: 1500 litres/min, 3 x 500 litres Working speed: 4 to 80 mm/ s (±5%) Retraction speed: 150 mm/ s (possible up to 200 mm/s) Forging force = work: from 0 t (±5 bar) to l000 t (±10 bar) Precision when stopping: ± 1.5 mm
